Spirals … Heart of LIA

What?

Spirals are the heart of Lean In Agile since they serve as a mechanism for how we will deliver on our vision of helping women to learn, grow and succeed together.

A spiral is a geographically connected group of women who have come together to learn from and support each other.

Why?

We use the metaphor of a spiral to indicate the bonds that connect women together, with the open end of the spiral as an indication that the invitation is always open for the next woman to join in, when she is ready.

Where?

We have previously created the spiral experience in Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, New York City and the DC Metro area.

Visit our events page for more information about attending current spiral sessions.

  • Be part of a wider network of women, some of whom will form your personal “Team You”
